Wholebody Focusing sessions are a an opportunity to get in touch with parts of your lived experiences that are holding you back from living a more fulfilled life. It is a wonderful way for healing past hurt or trauma.
This is a gentle process where you are always in control of the sessions and you will only go in as deeply as your body will allow. As your companion, I facilitate your journey without directing it or imposing on it in any intrusive way.
